Privacy policy

This data protection declaration informs users about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the responsible operators of this website. The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration. As a rule, it is possible to use our website without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis. We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

II. Data protection

The basis for data protection as well as for this data protection declaration is the European Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), the new Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG).

1. Processing of personal data

In principle, we only process personal data of our users to the extent that this is necessary for the provision of a functional website as well as our content and services. The corresponding legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Access data / server log files

The provider of the pages is Strato AG, 10249 Berlin. The provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
- Website you are visiting
- Date and time of your access
- Amount of data sent in bytes
- Source/reference from which you reached the page (referrer URL)
- browser used
- Operating system used
- IP address used in anonymised form
This data is stored separately from any personal data you may have provided and thus does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about a specific person. The data collected is only used for statistical analysis and to improve the website. However, the website operator reserves the right to check the server log files retrospectively if there are concrete indications of illegal use.

For what purpose is the data collected?

The data is collected for legitimate interest to ensure the security and stability of the offer.

Storage period

Unless a more specific storage period has been specified within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for processing the data no longer applies. If you assert a justified request for deletion or revoke your consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing your personal data (e.g. retention periods under tax or commercial law); in the latter case, the data will be deleted once these reasons no longer apply.
A transfer to third countries does not take place.

2. Contact possibility

It is possible to contact us by letter, telephone call or e-mail. By establishing contact with us, you provide us with your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO, which we also require in order to be able to respond to you. Your personal data transmitted in this way will be stored and processed by us exclusively for the purpose of processing your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent. The data you send us via contact requests will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your request). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular statutory retention periods - remain unaffected.

3. Right to information, deletion, blocking

You have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing as well as the right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data, if this claim does not conflict with a legal obligation to retain data. For this purpose, as well as for further questions on the subject of personal data, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint.

4. Objection to advertising mails

The use of contact data published within the framework of the imprint obligation for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information material is hereby explicitly prohibited. The operators of the website expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, e.g. via so-called spam e-mails.

III. Data security

This site uses SSL encryption to protect your transmitted data as best as possible. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser address line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data that you may transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
